The brain + concierge went live. All EKKA ground truth reconciled to the client portal; ekka-brain concierge deployed for CJ. Phone build approach costed honestly (parts cheap, labour real). Retainer review delivered.

Week of 2 Jun

CJ drove Legends Wall content. Archive dig → V1 → people-first V2 mockup on Vercel. Floor-plan handover doc for Scotty produced. Phone spec evolved in chat: 4 numbers, secret number, frame lights.

This week

Legends Wall went mathematical. Layout solver reads CJ's drawings to scale → exact cut sheet; 4m wall solved, every gap 25.0cm. Phone spec V2 + CJ's two production agents built; one phone confirmed. Framework Desktop plan written.

Where it stands: Concept locked to the four moments: Prologue · Morph Wall · Hall of Living Legends · Dodgem. $45K ex GST, billed $11,250 × May–Aug. Schedule holds: quote briefs → July fabrication → bump-in 1 Aug.
Next: Quote briefs out → fabrication runway through July.
Blocked on: Cat: app-vs-phone + two additions (due end May — now 2 wks overdue).

Hall of Living Legends moving fast

Where it stands: Content V2 live (people-first). 4m wall layout SOLVED — exact 25cm gaps, cut sheet ready for Scotty. CJ's colour code cracked as the size key; both walls extracted programmatically from his drawings.
Next: CJ picks the 5m wall treatment (4 options sent, renders attached) → 5m cut sheet same day → fabrication can move.
Blocked on: CJ: colour-key confirm + 5m option. The 150 Space.blend file would anchor everything 1:1.

"Call the Past" phone spec'd, ready

Where it stands: One phone confirmed. 4 numbers (3 in the teladex + 1 secret = Vic Summers). Frame lights wired off the same Pi. Transcripts + telecoil for accessibility. CJ's two content agents built — scripts + ElevenLabs voice-aging pipeline ready to run.
Next: Content production can start now (team voices, aged). Hardware build after Cat's sign-off. Light cabling must hit Scotty's plan before the baffle is clad.
Blocked on: Cat: "the app, or the phone?" sign-off. Ty: comfort with in-house build vs your specialist (≈ cost-neutral at one unit; bespoke lights tip it in-house).

AI rails & infrastructure building

Where it stands: ekka-brain concierge live for CJ at assured.subfrac.cloud. Framework Desktop plan written — Ty's box, Arch installed, 128GB unified memory confirmed: Gemma 3 27B-class local models run comfortably with headroom for image generation alongside.
Next: Stage 0 setup on the box (Ollama, Docker, Tailscale) → local concierge parity → HuggingFace asset-gen capability map for Morph Wall / Legends production.
